1. Which size bowl should I get?
Choose the 7” bowl for cats and small dogs. If you have a medium to large dog, go with the 9” bowl to ensure they have enough room to drink comfortably.

2. Is it easy to install?
Bottle Pump: Connects easily to a 2-5 gallon water jug (not included) available at most home improvement or grocery stores, in minutes, no plumbing required.
Wall Unit: Connects to an exiting water source (refrigerator, washer, sink, or from crawl space) just like a refrigerator water line using a 1/4” water line. Depending on your DYI skills, you may need to hire a plumber. Click here for Wall Unit hookup diagrams and parts needed.

3. Do I need plumbing to use it?
Nope! You can use the Bottle Pump with any 2–5 gallon water jug. Want a more permanent setup? Upgrade to the Wall Unit when you're ready.

1. Where does the water go when it flushes?
The Always Full bowl uses a patent-pending self-flushing system that pushes water and debris through a filter basket inside the bowl - not down a drain. The filtered water stays in the bowl, while debris like hair, food, and dirt gets trapped in a cotton or carbon/cotton filter. So it cleans itself without wasting water or needing a drain hookup.

2. Will it overflow? How does it know when to stop filling?
It uses laser technology to maintain water within 1mm accuracy and has 5 layers of overfill protection. Overflowing is virtually impossible.

3. Do I need to use the app?
The app is totally optional. But if you do use it, you’ll unlock bonus features like hydration tracking, remote alerts, flush customization, and extended warranty with the optional annual subscription.

4. How do I know it’s actually working?
The built-in LED lights show real-time system status (green = good, red = error). Plus, with the app, you get notifications for water level, flush cycles, filter changes, and more.

5. Don’t I still need to clean it?

Cotton or carbon filters last about a month and are affordable. The wall unit’s carbon block filter lasts up to four months or 100 gallons. Filter packs are available on our site or select retailers.
